A multi-purpose commercial agro-enterprise focused on the intensive cultivation, mechanical harvesting, and processing of high-yielding Super Napier Grass (Pakchong 1 / Hybrid Napier). Engineered as a dual-revenue model, the project supplies nutrient-dense, high-protein green fodder and compact silage bales to organized dairy farms while delivering high-methane, lignocellulosic biomass on long-term off-take contracts to Compressed Biogas (CBG / SATAT) bio-methanation plants.
