Updated Shipment Policy - May 07, 2025

Orders placed on or before 12:00 PM (Noon IST) will be processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon IST) will be processed and shipped within 4 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will be processed and shipped within 4 to 7 business days.
Note: In rare circumstances such as extreme weather, high order volume, or other unforeseen events, shipping timelines may be extended without prior notice.
Once processed, all orders are dispatched within the timelines mentioned above. Delays due to third-party logistics or unforeseen issues are outside of our control.

All shipments are handled by reputed courier partners. You can track your shipment through your account at www.macagro.com.
Proof of delivery/signature may not be available for all shipments. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive the delivery. If unavailable, the courier may leave the package at the delivery address at their discretion.

Coupon codes are valid only for consumers within India and limited to one per person.
Discounts are applicable only on products, not on shipping, handling, or taxes.
Mac Agro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any coupon code at its sole discretion without prior notice.

We aim to fulfill your orders promptly and efficiently.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or customer unavailability, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
In such cases, a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be processed. We do not accept product exchanges.
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate street address, including PIN code and nearest landmark.
Multiple courier services may be used depending on the destination and package type.

Standard shipping fee: ₹30 per 500 grams of packaged products.
Shipping charges apply to all orders, regardless of order value.
Occasionally, shipping discounts (up to 100%) may be offered as part of promotions and will be visibly applied on the product page, offers section, or during checkout.
Free shipping (if applicable) is applied after discounts and before taxes/handling.
This offer is:
1. Not transferable
2. Not redeemable for cash or credit
3. Subject to change or discontinuation at Mac Agro’s discretion
In the event of a product return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Domestic shipping costs are calculated at ₹30 per 500 grams.
Special handling or oversized packages may incur additional charges, which will be reflected at checkout.
